Liver Life Walk 2013, San Diego Zoo
Andrew Abouna Photography is proud to have donated professional photographic services to the American Liver Foundation in support of Liver Life Walk 2013 at Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo. This was my third year in helping the foundation as their San Diego Photographer. And this year the foundation raised over $103,966.60! See some highlights here.

Danielle & Ryan, Engagement Photos
Danielle and Ryan have booked me for their full day of wedding photography in the Fall and as a preview of the work they will receive and to create save-the-date wedding announcements the couple also booked me to create their engagement photos. We recently held their engagement session at Balboa Park, which is a lovely place with so many architectural, landscape, and lighting opportunities, for a very unique and intimate photo session for the couple. Here are some of may favorites from the afternoon at Balboa Park with Danielle and Ryan.
Melissa & Victor, Coronado Beach Wedding
In this gallery on my wedding photography page I've posted a few of my favorites shots from Melissa and Victor’s wedding photography at Silver Strand State Beach in Coronado, CA.. The couple came all the way out from Texas, along with family and friends from various places. They couldn’t picked a nicer day at the beach for their wedding, and it's captured beautifully in the photos. With the ceremony performed by Reverend Cathy Glenn, their vows, ring blessing, and sand ceremony was a lovely occasion for them. With plenty of time after their ceremony, a nice variety of photos were captured as part of their San Diego wedding photography package.
Maribel & John Corona Wedding
Maribel and John’s wedding took place at the Corona Golf Course. A special treat in the photography of their wedding, which was a bit unusual even for the setting, was the opportunity for some nice urban type shots, as well as the nice park setting of the golf course wedding.
Libby & Jeff's Wedding, Windansea Beach
Libby and Jeffrey and their two young children,celebrated their wedding at Windansea in La Jolla, CA. The backdrop of the translucent blue water was beautiful. With white sand beaches, plunging waves, and fantastic rocks the setting for their wedding was spectacular. As we do for all our clients, we created a beautiful collection of online edited photos in their private gallery.

Prudential Retirement Client Conference
The Prudential Retirement Client Conference was held at the La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California. Two days of unlimited event photographer shooting with same-day turaround of online, downloadable images, digitals and deluxe printing. These shots concentrated on capturing client networking, venue, an award presentation, and pose, studio photography of Prudential Client VIPs with special guest and former United States Secretary of State, Dr. Condoleezza Rice.
Mariel and Jose's Wedding, Chula Vista Bayfront
Mariel and Jose were married next to San Diego Bay at Chula Vista Bayfront Park. A lovley, happy ceremony with time for creating a collection of nice photos. Then they sped out to continue their lives together! Ceremony officiant was Grant of A Beautiful Wedding. As the couple's top choice for wedding photographers in San Diego, I provided a custom wedding photo package with unlimted shots, online gallery, prints and digitals.
Whitney and Dallis's Wedding in Scripps Ranch
Whitney and Dallis's beautiful and intimate wedding surrounded by family and friends took place at a lovely home in Scripps Ranch. As their wedding photographer, I photographed the afternoon's preparations, wedding ceremony, and evening reception. Perfect weather and view helped framed their day. Wedding ceremony was officated by Bethel Nathan, of Ceremonies by Bethel. The newylwed's Storybook Wedding Photography included unlimited shots, online gallery, digitals, prints and album.
Amani's Beach Shoot
Needing a quick update for his model portfolio, Amani fitted out in boardshorts for a nice beach shoot. He selected a collection of shots which I edited and profided for his portfolio and Zed cards to provide to his agent. Amani already has a great porfolio, having been featured in high-profile catalogs. It was a pleasure being Amani's model photogapher.
Brooke's Senior Portraits in San Diego
An afternoon in La Jolla to create a wide collection of photos and lovely poses for Brooke's senior portaits photoshoot. We shot outside of beautiful coastal homes, in a garden of one of those homes, and on the adjacent beach. It was another fun portrait photography shoot.
Prudential International Insurance Conference
As the official event photographer for Prudential International Insurance Conference, I captured the company's celebration and accomplishments of its affiliates from 9 countres, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Poland, Italy, India, Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. The near 1 Trillion dollar company honored top life planners and sales leaders. Featuring a Petco Ballpark Tour, parties, live entertainment and illuionist, and sessions with Prudential CEO, and top executives, and motivational presentation by Olympian Vince Poscente.
Los Willows Wedding Photography
As wedding full of special and unique moments. The ceremony was officiated by Tori's mom, Reverend Cathy Glenn, with whom I've had the pleasure of working with at as a wedding photographer. Anthony drove up in a little red roadster then escorted both is mom and future mother-in-law down the aisle. And the groomsmen presented a post-kiss surprise to the couple and guests by holding up Olympic-style score cards rating the couple's first kiss!

VH1 Classic's concert event for Comic-Con, downtown San Diego. Concert photography of featured appearances and performers that were hosted by Rob Zombie, including DJ Will, Dr. Megavolt, Rock 105.3, Kraddy, Munster's Dragula car, street drummers, Turtle Human Talent, guitar rifts, costumed stilt walkers, free shirts, & great music, against the backdrop of the San Diego Padres Petco Park.
CBS, Summit Entertainment Comic-Con Photography
Another really fun event photography shoot to capture design, layout and crowd interactions at display booths for CBS Studios and Summit Entertainment at Comic-Con. Along with celebrity photos of Kristin Kreuk and Jay Ryan of Beauty and the Beast, separate elements of Comic-Con and downtown San Diego were also photographed, including stilt walkers, Gollum, and more.
Nerium International Get Real 2012 Convention
Nerium International's first convention was a giant success! The revolutionaly skin care company had 3 days (41 hours) of shooting across a broad range of sessions, including a SUCCESS Symposium with top motivational experts, presentations and accouncements by the company's founders and president, scientists, testimonials and entertainers, varried awards presentations, and a vibrant white party. Photography took place in and atop the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego by Andrew Abouna.
